Hart Adventure Boot Camp is a four week fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.


 

Why Adventure Boot Camp?   We NEVER do the same routine twice!  This is how we accomplish VERY dramatic results in only 4 weeks, and only one hour a day!  You don't need to commit to a year gym membership that you may rarely use.  Join our Boot Camp for 1 month and receive the motivation you need to get to your results physically and mentally, which normally would take 6-12 months exercising at a gym 5-6 days a week!  Meet new friends, never get bored, enjoy exciting challenges, have more energy for the day, and feel great overall!
